A: Your items will ship within one business day. Most orders placed by 9:00AM Pacific Time (12:00 Noon Eastern) Monday through Friday will ship the same day.

A: Unless otherwise indicated, all products are shipped by U.S. Mail, UPS Ground, or UPS 2nd Air.

Q: Can I have my order shipped to a Post Office Box?
A: Yes, we ship to most Post Office boxes. Shipments to PO Boxes are sent by U.S. Mail. UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air are not available for shipments to PO Boxes.

Q: How much does gift-packaging cost?
A: Paradise Bath & Body offers gift-packaging for the nominal charge of $2.99. Simply request giftwrap during checkout and enter the message you would like written on the gift card.

Q: May I specify which items in my order should be gift-packaged. What if I have two gifts?
A: Each order will be packaged as a single gift. If you have more than one gift we recommend placing separate orders for each gift.

A: If you are not completely satisfied with any Paradise Bath & Body purchase, you can return it to us for replacement or credit within 30 days. Please enclose a copy of the invoice with instructions on how to handle the return. Let us know if you would like a replacement or credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If original order qualified for free shipping, the actual amount of the shipping charges paid by Paradise Bath & Body will be deducted from the product refund amount.
